1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using TCG Pricing, you agree to these Terms of Service and represent that you are authorized to bind your organization.

If you do not agree, you must not access the platform or any related services.

2. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, or resell derived data without written consent from TCG Pricing.

We may suspend or terminate access that compromises security, stability, or other customers' experience.

3. Billing & renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. TCG Pricing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
